At POMIET, we’re scientists and engineers. But first and foremost, we’re human-centered problem solvers. That means we look at life a little differently, in an attempt to see beyond the obvious. It also means that in the process of solving problems we literally immerse ourselves in them, questioning everything and rooting our designs and solutions in real-life observations. It’s a method that’s helped us create effective solutions time and time again.
We believe that things go better when done together
Because we work differently, there are no established formulas for trying new approaches. There are no designated “idea people” at POMIET - everyone is encouraged to contribute inspiration. When an idea is formed, it’s presented to the rest of the team and the group runs with it! With an approach like this, some ideas will land better than others; but each time lessons are learned that help fuel more ideas and contribute to the next attempt. Most importantly, we share successes with each other and with the people whose lives we strive to make better.
